Njoy is crap, but then it seems like all e-cigs break! Njoy is particularly bad because they are way overpriced, but they got me started on e-cigs and I am thankful for that.

I now order products from many of the us suppliers and they all break. Janty seems to be the most durable for me so far.

Njoy is a rip

I've had problems only once with an NJoy, the battery must have gone nuts and caused the atomizer to overheat because the cartridge became melted to it and the battery no longer works. I called Shirley (she's the lady to talk to there) and the replacement parts were here the next day via FedEx. But yes, they are the most expensive in the end, if you buy prefilled carts.

Yeah Ive talked to Shirley a few times. Since I posted this blog I still havent gotten my atomizer. They have even stopped answering my emails. Ive given up on them 12 month warantee my ass. They didnt even want to trade out my atomizer.

That's so odd, Shirley's always been very helpful both for me and for my mom who uses the NPro exclusively.

I just bought Npros last week. I bought three starter kits because I was hoping my husband would start using them, too. Since then, I've bought 901s and jantys and I have a lady pipe on order. But, I wanted that extra starter kit because I read that the atomizers failed. And, lo and behold, two of my atomizers out of three didn't work properly. So, I phoned twice and left four messages (2 customer service agents) and I emailed. Finally Mark wrote back and said he'd send two more atomizers. I'm waiting, but they are not late in arriving yet.

If all these Chinese and foreign shipments stop arriving, NJOY is all we'll have and they're OKAY. But, they're not the best, I guess. At least we have an American manufacturer here.
