Well, I did finally fire up the Ego and man I have to say... huge difference over the standard 510 setup.
The main differences are:
1. More vapor/consistency. Since the battery is 650mHa is has a deeper current potential, which means more heat, more often, and for longer. I get really wonderful vapes off of it. I am completely satisfied.
2. Battery life. All I can say is that there is no comparison, I used mega batteries on my 510 setups and this just goes waaaay beyond. I do vape heavily (and happily). I was kinda snobbish about going to an Ego. You know... "The 510 is just fine". Was wrong about that.
3. Feel. It doesn't feel like a cigarette. It's bigger. But it's very solid.
All in all... I love it. I still use stadard 510 setups sometimes (I like them). But my Ego is getting most of the attention.
