Hmm... needless ramblings...
I came into 60ml of free e-juice because of a vendor mixup. Freedom Smoke USA sent an order with the wrong items.
And they shipped the right items, but would not take the ones they sent back.
Well ok, I'm up 60ml of e-juice... good for me. But good for them too....
I have always received good service from every vendor I have done business with except one. And maybe they were having a bad day. However companies like Freedom Smoke USA and Cignot are a credit to the industry. If you can call it an industry.
But as a customer, as a person who wants to be treated right even when things get screwed up (even when not the vendors fault), I find businesses of "good will" to be not only refreshing in any industry- but needed badly. Customer service, or better, the business of being *happy* to resolve problems, will make me pay higher prices- just so my quality of life is better.
Quality of life. Yes I said it. A good vendor makes my life better...
