I was in shock when I went to the Site and saw the note: with pending lawsuits levied against us, we are closing the forum until we know what do do. Hopefully we will be back.
Unlike ECF and other Forums, they have the most active Modders Sales Forum I have seen. This could hurt many people who will have no means of contacting anyone.
In this Society that we live in, even the vaping Forums are not imune to legal proceedings. What could they be responsible for that could make more than 1 lawsuite pending?
I feel bad that anything in vaping is going down, let alone a UK forum. I love the UK and folks from it. I know ECF is based in the UK. My 1st wife is from the UK. I have a child from that wife who is 1/2 Brittish.
I guess that is all I wanted to say. I hope for all of us, that this thing we call the Legal World System does not put an end to all Forums. If it happened to them, it can happen anywhere.
We are such a small new group. Compared to Big Tobacco, we are not even 1% of the total business they have. But, to us, it is important that the Forum System continue.
Let's all hope for the best that these legal issues are not credible. Like the couple of instances where people have been hurt by exploding batteries, if vaping takes responsiblity for these bad things, it will be very easy for e-cigs to leave the Planet as fast as it came in.
