Daily Update

Well, it is now Wednesday Dec. 15th. No analogs since Sunday night. I changed my banner to officially quitting on the 13th since that was my first full day w/o analogs.

Today was really difficult. The morning wasn't to bad, but later on it was bad. I didn't get much sleep last night and had to be up by 7:30a this morning. I know that isn't to awful early, but I never really got into a deep sleep and I am a person who requires a good 10hrs or more to really feel refreshed :/ Did my running around and returned home around 11a. Ate something, chilled online for a bit and decided to take a nap. HUGE mistake! I slept for about 4 hrs or so and woke up around 4:15p tired, cranky, and with a headache :( Had some of the worst analog cravings yet too- but yes, I resisted :) I am not sure if the headache was a result of no cigs, not enough sleep, or low caffeine intake today. I will never know. I took a couple advils and grabbed a cola. It is tapering off a bit now, but I'm still kinda tired and cranky.

On a good note- my sample juices officially shipped today so I will be stalking the mailman for the next couple days. Can't wait to try some different flavors out
:)

Well, that's about all to report for now. So even though I really, really wanted to give in
today- I didn't so YAY me!

I have been vaping for a little over a month now, but exactly 1 month with no analogs. I will say that IF you do end up stuffing one of those tubes, light up and take a drag, you will put it out immediatly! They taste absolutley horrible! After the first 24-48 hrs of the e-cig you get so used to the flavor and the way more "fresh" feeling, therefore analogs just taste gross. It took me about a packs worth of pretty much just lighting up and holding a cigarette, maybe 3 puffs at most, to relize that I couldn't take the taste! I would immediatly go and brush my teeth. So do not ever get discouraged! You CAN and WILL quit smoking analogs.:thumb: And I have found that tobacco flavors are the only thing that really kick my cravings, although you may be different. I love fruity flavors but they just don't do it for me the way tobacco does. Do a little research and see what flavors everyone swears by, you will find a lot of repeats! Then pick one and try it. A lot of vendors out there, they all taste different. Also if you need any help with anything let me know! I read your story, which is how I found your blog, on Robovapor's classified ad. Made me cry first thing in the morning! My husband and I started out with egos, kind of. Ended up getting suckered into some pretty bad e cigs first, but that led us to ECF, so we are very thankful for that. But of course we moved up quickly, as we do with everything! So we do have some extras of just about everything laying around. So again, if there's anything you need, please do not hesitate to ask:) Everyones here to quit smoking analogs as well as to support one another. So here's my ending sentence to a very long comment...keep resisting! Your doing great and it will be a month free of analogs before you know it! Keep looking at that ticker counting up the days and analogs not smoked! Keep it going, and keep on vaping:vapor: Have a great day!

Thank you so much for the comment! I just now checked my blog :/ sorry it took so long.. Anyhow- I did slip up this past Sunday (12-19) in the morning. But I think that 'slip' helped me- a lot! After about 3 drags I made a face to laugh at! Granted I did finish it- but ever since, those cravings have diminished GREATLY! As long as I have this handy little gadget- I'm good to go!
