[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=3]I got a reply from Jeff and the factory is sending him a new shipment of batteries that work properly. So it was just a bad batch. Yeah first run electronic products!:p As best I can guess the switches were installed backwards. So in my own opinion [U]if you are the owner of a Dura and the light cuts out in less than 7 seconds on a 8 second test drag or is working only under “special” conditions (Spinning, holding it a special way, etc.) this is not normal and you should contact your Janty rep for a replacement.[/U][/SIZE][/FONT]
[SIZE=3][FONT=Times New Roman]As for me I am glad that the problem is being acknowledged and dealt with. This is a testament to their customer service and company integrity. They seem to have no problem whatsoever standing behind their product.[/FONT][/SIZE]
