Getting along with the Vmod Bottom Feeder (Part 1)

Check Points on the Vmod Road

Thought I'd put down a few things to help when things don't seem to be going well with one's Vmod:

1. Check the battery. Is it getting low? I usually find I need to change mine soon as it drops below 3.6v in order to maintain a good hit.
2 Adjust the draw with the little screw in the chassis connector as needed. Just because it was set right earlier doesn't mean it won't need adjusting again later.
3. Change out/clean the bottles. I was having fits earlier today and could not figure out HOW every thing I put on my Vmod was not acting right...gurgling, or the flavor going off...flooding...dry burns...or whatever. How could every new slant coil and carto I tried be bad? They weren't. Wouldn't have figured it, but just changing the bottle I'd had in there for well over a week turned things right around! (Washing the bottles usually brings them back proper again).
4. Wash your chassis in clean hot water. Often. Vmods love baths!
5. After washing...remember to put a bit of juice on the O rings of the connector. Keep 'em healthy!

Just a sort of "check list"....before you get frustrated and think your Vmod and/or atties/cartos are messed up
