It's been a little over a month now since I've had my last cigarette. I have been watching my diet and throwing in a combination of pushups, situps and walking/jogging since then. Before I quit, I could barely jog around the cul-de-sac without feeling out of breath and like my heart was going to pound itself out of my chest. Now I can easily go a mile and still feel like I have more in me. I have found some new youth in this beat up old body of mine.
Cartomizers are definitely working for me. I have been using 2.5 ohm Boge pieces coupled with auto batteries and a PCC. This is a wonderful combination that vapes very well for me and easy to manage. I put my PCC on the charger before I go to bed, fill up a couple of cartos in the morning and I am set for the day.
vaping has really started to become an obsession for me. This could easily get out of control but I have managed to keep myself disciplined and limit myself to $20-$30 per 2 week pay period. Compared to my cigarette habit, I'm still way ahead financially and much more so health wise.
I do not like RY4, it is just too sweet for me and doesn't seem to have enough "bite". I've tried adding a little mint just to give it some kick but then it just doesn't taste good at all. I keep going back to Dekang Flue-Cured. It has a nice flavor and a nice hit. I am going to try some other tobacco flavors next time around. Maybe I'll get brave and find a sampler of some other interesting flavors as well.
Peace
