Day One

DISCLAIMER: I am NOT a doctor, what I have described below is my method that I am using. If you are in doubt, please see your pharmacist or doctor for more information.

As a sufferer of many allergies and frequent colds (yes, probably due partly to the analogs), I am also quite familiar with histamine antagonists. Another word for this huge phile of a phrase is "antihistamine" -- of which, there are tons of over-the-counter brands and types, but I typically tolerate diphenhydramine better than others, especially at bedtime. This class of chemicals helped when I was a firefighter and had been overcome by smoke, so my first logical "assumption" would be these should help get rid of some of the "undesirables" of the analogs.

Okay enough of the science and assumptions... This morning (my days start at about 1:30 a.m.), instead of going straight for the 510, I went ahead and took the recommendations from many folks here and lit up an analog. Immediately started coughing up "stuff." I made it about half way through the analog and promptly put the crazy thing out.

Was okay until I went for my first cup of coffee... and felt that I needed a smoke - seem to just go hand-in-hand for me. Instead of firing up an analog I took a couple of hits from the 510.

About an hour ago when I tried yet another analog. This time, I finished the analog, in between coughing my guts out.

I figured the sooner that this "stuff" gets out of my body the sooner I will start feeling better, and the antihistamine probably would not hurt!
