1. Success! I am now a non-smoker

by , 01-05-2011 at 09:34 AM (Helper's Blog)
Just before Christmas, my USB device quit working which kind of peeved me - but no matter I thought, I had already made the plunge a couple of weeks ago to the 0mg/ml nicotine for my juice. Decided this must be a sign to end the cycle... Was kind of odd not grabbing the eCiggie first thing in the morning with that first cup of coffee, or after a good meal, but the oddness wore off quickly.

I do not think that there is a magic bullet here, nor a magic formula on how to use the eCiggies ...

2. Another Week

by , 02-14-2010 at 12:10 PM (Helper's Blog)
Well folks, another week has come an gone. I'm down to the last few bits of samples and it's off to http://myfreedomsmokes.com for some more goodies.

This week was extremely stressful! Started a new job, had some work done on the house, very bad weather, etc. However, NO analogs! There were a few times that I sucked a few carts dry.

Vaping at work is an interesting thing... especially working for the government. I pretty much keep to myself when I am vaping, ...

3. 510 Carts -- Stretching the Limits

by , 02-08-2010 at 11:49 AM (Helper's Blog)
Another newbie at the helm here... I guess that I am one of those frugal turkeys that wants to make sure that I get every ounce of dollar value from my purchases.

Okay already, get on with it! (Yes, I too can read your mind).

My point is that when I started vaping I waited for many drags after my cart was empty -- to the point of a very nasty flavor hitting my mouth and throat. I have now found that the instant that I start tasting that burnt flavor to either switch out ...

4. One Week

The good, bad, and ugly I would guess would describe my experience so far. Many trial and errors - particularly flooded atties.

One of the huge "cultural" changes includes the "puff, puff, puff, put-it-out" syndrome versus the "inhale deeply, relax, and wait for the atty to cool down and wick up."

The best part is that I have not even smoked a whole pack of analogs (closer to a half a pack) since I started the vaping! Still have a bit of ...

5. Day Four

by , 01-31-2010 at 08:29 AM (Helper's Blog)
Yesterday was somewhat of a, "stick that broke the camel's back." Only one analog, and quite disgusting.

Experimented with some flavors... Me thinks that I'll stick with the Tobacco flavor for now. The sweetness was a bit overbearing (even for the Vanilla). I am hoping that my tastes change.

Vaping Techniques

I started off vaping like I would smoke a pipe; pulling in the vapor to my mouth, getting a taste, and then inhaling. Though I was ...
