New toy!

The package I've been waiting for FINALLY arrived! However, it wasn't quite what I was expecting. It says "Dr Pepper" on the label, but... more like raisins and roses, lol. Plus, they threw in a free 10ml bottle of the same stuff. I'll save the 50ml bottle for later days, like when the e-juices are hard to come by.

I did a search for smoke shops in the area I was in today and drove 40 miles to a new smoke shop. I went in for a spare eGo battery, but they don't sell them. They sold the whole kit at higher prices than my regular store...but the 158 mile drive...is worth it. I did end up leaving the store with a new toy- a Vivi Nova carto tank. 3.5ml, wow! Smoke gray. I got some tropical juice, not bad. There's another toy I'd like to get, a hand grenade vaper setup, looked awesome! (try taking THAT on a plane!)

I don't like climbing the mountain after dark (lions!), but I knew if I went to the smoke shop, it would put me behind schedule and I'd be getting home well after dark. I took the risk. I dragged my sled with 4 5-gal propane tanks, a 5-gal gas can, 2 24-packs of Dr Pepper, 2 bags of groceries and 4 gal of drinking water. I was DOA (Dead On my A**) when I got home with that. I put the stuff away and settled in to play with my new toy and juice...a nice relaxing evening planned.

The tank does fit my eGo, but I think there's a voltage issue, it pops like fireworks, but vapes good. I guess my next investment will be the Vivi Nova set-up. I removed it and put my old drip tip carto back on. Tonight, I was reading feedback on this model and it seems a lot of folks aren't crazy about it. Learn as I go. I may put that away for when vaping times are tough. I like the smooth, quiet drip tip carto better than the popping and zapping.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow...I'm talking a land deal. I never thought I'd leave my mountain top, but I have an opportunity to swap these 5 acres for 19.5 riverfront less than 10 miles from here. I'll just see where that leads, I may choose to stay put, but the farther from civilization, the better I like it. Trees, water, a shack on the property...and NO neighbors! Sounds like hermit heaven to me! My wild'n'crazy idea was to open a commune for vapers!

A funny thought, I live the Native American way and I'm a pipe carrier. Since I've started vaping, I honor the chanupa the way other than smoking it. I have smoked it, and it doesn't re-awaken the craving for analogs at all. I left it on the shelf for a month because I was worried my brain would start craving...but now I'm back into my routine of honoring it, but without smoking it. For someone with no willpower, I'm doing ok! My mother still has cravings tho, and even the lower dose nic juice makes her feel strange. Odd how the switch was so easy for me, but not for her. I give her credit for trying and being successful at not smoking!
Happy vaping!
