My Vapemail didn't arrive yet, but has been processed through my local post office. I know what to expect tomorrow and I'm eager to try it out. This day didn't go as planned, either! Another property became available and I did a land swap...so I spent the day walking through it and signing the new contracts. The more I try to hibernate and relax, the more things happen in my life. I was tempted to pitch a tent in the new spot and spend the night. Relax and vape... It doesn't matter to me that there's still a foot of snow and its below freezing. Its been an extremely busy week and my goal is to relax and vape instead of sneaking a vape here and there.
My sister finally checked her email and signed the petition! She's a smoker who hasn't tried vaping, but she's coming to visit in the summer and will get an education! I worried at first that being around smokers would cause me to be tempted, but I've been around some and it isn't tempting at all. I can turn down an analog and mean it with no regrets...that's such a good feeling. I always thought of myself as weak in the willpower department, but as long as I can vape, I'm fine. My sis is shocked I quit smoking, she's happy. I told her about vaping and she said she'd try it. I'll give her one of my set-ups if she seriously wants to give it a try, since she's been saying for years she'll quit. (I only said I'd quit 7 or 8 years before I did). I'm glad she supports the petition and took the time to sign it. I see the number of signatures dropping daily and that makes me happy. I don't try to convert most smokers, they'll do what they want, but I let them know what vaping has done for me...they know how bad I was! They'll see what works for me and maybe consider it for themselves.
I no longer have to make an excuse to disappear for 5 minutes and come back stinking...thinking I was fooling anyone. The only one I fooled was myself. I see it in other people now and think "that was me at one time". I feel good knowing it doesn't have to be me anymore!
Now to relax......and VAPE!!
