The inside diameter of the 2.5ohm coil is 1.4-1.5mm.
Using one strand of 4 strand 3mil. yarn doubled over a folded piece of kanthal
for threading through the coil is working better than the original equipment.imo.
No flooding, no burning at 4 volts power hitting it.
Wicking is better than ever using 80PG/20VG.
A change was long overdo, I've had it for 2 days now.lol.
Just remember to do a dryburn before you wick it and remove the wick before doing future dryburns.

Edit. Sorry to the 18 folks that read this already. I noticed a small amount of seepage on the batt. connector today, gonna have to add a little more wick(1/4-1/2mm.)
in an attempt to rectify this.
EDIT#2. Found using 2mm for the wick with no flavour wicks to work the trick.
Just be sure to fluff so there are no gaps between the wick an the steel housing.
