XXX saved, XXX avoided...ect

well i agree that no matter what you spend on liquids, the battery units or all the nifty carrying cases ect, that you do save cash by quitting analogs and going this method. but to say you have "saved" this money doesnt account for your shipping and handling of these items, the total costs of your continued use of nifty flavors, the cost of swapping liquids here with friends, making your own liquids, the cost of space saving units, shelves, safe kid free areas to store said items, charging units for said batteries, this list could go on and on and on.....i once heard my kid actually spending 500 dollars in a month doing this. which is by far and away more expensive then smoking analogs ever was for me. so please, dont brag about what youve saved when you havent deducted the cost of your Ecig supplies from that general number you have put up to your success story. because it isnt even half accurate. . . again i'm not saying that once these things are established that vaping is not cheaper, heck, i didnt pay a DIME to vape i just mooched off my kid to supply my items and the nice people here to also send trial flavors out are amazing people. i dont mean to knock that at all. but when i see how much you SAY youve "saved" and havent mentioned what you SPEND on vaping, it doesnt reflect the actual numbers youre putting out there. another thing i'm having problems with is if vaping is supposed to replace analogs why do i find myself going back to analog cigarettes well after the quit period should have made this less likely...what am i missing? what do i feel i still need and crave that i'm NOT getting with vaping? because either i'm the weakest willed person ever (and probably am) or vaping isnt going to cut it without some additive i'm not getting still. ive gone 3 days without smoking again. and trust me i would be on analogs right now if i had the cash for em, i simply dont. but i know that i'm still missing SOMETHING as i'm sucking on this Ecig for all i'm worth with 50mg juice and not getting what i feel i NEEEEEEEEEED???????????????? why?

I believe you are right. I just started vaping this past Friday and I'm using 18mg......just doesn't cut it; it's like nothing. I've been vaping constantly and broke down and smoked the one lonely cigarette I had left this morning. I hadn't smoked since Thursday and it made me light-headed, in a pleasant way.

I am embarrassed to say how much I've already spent (expecting three shipments of stuff). I'm hoping that this will be an initial outlay and once I'm settled in with things I like it will cost less. I really don't expect for it to cost much less than cigarettes in spite of what some of these people say. I look at it as a financial investment in my health.

I wonder if a mixture with more VG (glycerine=thicker vapor) might help? I'm going to try this because in my case, I think it's partly a "head" thing........... I need to see thicker vapor.

I also got some menthol cartos even though I never smoked menthol. They give more of a throat hit and I like that.

I've heard others say on this site that many people vape way more than they smoked, at least at first. Seems to be true for me, but I can't do this all day!!!

Good luck with everything.
