Juice flavor and taste buds

It's only been a couple of weeks that I have been off of the analogs completely. I've also been trying a number of different flavors, some of which are mentioned in a previous blog entry. I've noticed that despite other variables being fairly consistent, at times my juice will taste like hot steam, no flavor, or just a hint of chemical or metal taste. Not exactly a burnt taste, just no taste or very little. After thinking for a while that I was having atty issues, I eventually ran across a few posts that mentioned this phenomenon. I've come to the conclusion that my taste buds are just fluctuating in odd ways. I also consume coffee and diet soda throughout the day. I will be switching to more water, and less soda, and coffee only in the wee hours of the morning. This and time should hopefully level things out while my body is healing itself.
