My evolution from a 2 pack per day smoker to a non-smoking vaper.
Hi folks! First things first: still smoke-free with no backsliding and no struggling to stay on the wagon.
Ups and Downs
My weekend has been very bittersweet. My grandsons were all together this weekend to celebrate the first birthday of the youngest. This will be the last time I get to see my two oldest grandsons before they move across the country to Arizona. Frankly, I feel like my heart is being torn apart. I can't be certain, given the financial status of their
I smoked my last cigarette on the 10th of this month, on the fourth day of my vaping experiment. As I mentioned earlier in this blog, I was no featherweight smoker. I was an overnight chain-smoker when I started smoking at 16. I logged thirty-three years of smoking 2 to 4 packs of menthol cigarettes a day, every day except for a 6 month long "quit" that, obviously, did not endure. I've learned that the biggest obstacle for putting analog cigarettes behind me really was not the

I began dripping in the morning of day 2. That is what I have been doing since unless I have
June 06, 2011 - 9:30 am - My very first vape.
I woke up at 8:44am and groaned. I knew my first PV was going to be delivered today, but the mail man normally isn't here until 11am or later. After a weekend of anticipation, I really did not want to be up this early pacing the floor. By the time I actually left the bed at 9, the dogs were already in a frenzy at the front door. He's never come this early! EVER! He did today, though!
I now live with my non-smoking
