Opinion- I am tasting alot of earthy tobacco that has a distinct nuttyness to it also. It.s warm...something you can relax with on a chilly, rainy day. The vanilla and caramel are present when you smell the bottle, but they seem to be very light flavors on the exhale with this. This is something I would recommend to those who enjoy tobacco juices. I do not taste that grassy or chemical taste that alot of tobaccos seem to have. But I have learned that I don't really like tobacco flavors...they seem to give me a heavy feeling in my throat and chest that I just don't like. So do to the boldness of the tobacco flavor here, I would only recommend this to those who do like tobacco. But if you do, it's very interesting, and worth a try.
