Since the tragic loss of my first battery ever, I decided to look for another. I *was* going to get another Spinner, but I figured I'd get something different this time, because why not?
Here's where it gets difficult. I was thinking I should pay around the same price as the Spinner, but thought "how abt a spinner w/a passthrough? Ah, why not? Just a couple xtra bucks, no biggie. In my search I ran across the KGo, which had all the desired qualities I was searching for. It wasn't that much pricier so, why not? Well as long as we're lookin' at KGos I should probably check other batteries in that price range to ensure I'm getting the best battery for my needs. I found the Ego-V, the Ego-VV, & something by smoktech that I dont remember but the point is they were just a lil more than what I was looking for by a few bucks. Why not? I didn't feel comfortable enough just buying it outright so I decided to make a post to ask which one mentioned was better & why, & lastly if anyone had any suggestions for similar batteries. A few people saw what I needed & said "well, why not get a VAMO?" I had seen them some time ago but wasn't ready for it at the time, plus I didn't want to pay that kind of money, but couldn't remember how much they ran. Lucky for me it was only a little pricier than the last battery I looked up that I had "decided" I was getting. Eh, this was starting to get up there in price but.. I was pretty sure this was my best bet so ... why not? Reading away I came across a TON of ppl that preferred the Lava Tube. Guess what? It was only a little more than the last! Why ... er .. not?
Ugh, this is hard because money is sacred right now as I'm unemployed, so I don't wanna jump the gun & purchase something w/out knowing for SURE that's what would be best for me. On the other hand the more I wait the longer I put off having a battery! It'll probably be coming from China, too. Time really matters then!
At this point it was becoming hard to justify all the price increases, I actually DOUBLED my limit! *sigh* Now the question remains: Do I say "phuk it!" & get the Lava Tube or Vamo? Or do I just say "to hell w/it!" & go back to my initial choice, the KGo?
