AT least 9 yesterday and at least 12 today. Numbers are going up..What am I doing wrong? Am I used just way too low of a dose of nic?

1. 	I was 40-50 cig a day smoker. I like to use 36 mg for my cravings, around 3 hits and my cravings are satisfied. For regular use I just use 6-11 mg, but for the serious cravings you need something tougher.
