I accidentally ordered a wrong item and it was promptly taken care of - beyond my expectations. I have made changes to orders by email - no worries, and quick responses by CS. Questions I have had were either answered promptly in the Bloog sub-forum or by email. The Bloog sub-forum is full of fun (silly), experienced vapers who couldn't be more helpful or enjoyable to hang out with.
