I was going to use my digipower mod the other day and saw it wasn't working-wouldn't charge or work plugged into the pc even. Hadn't touched it in awhile...
So, since it already had the switch and the battery connector(801) epoxied in- Pried the body of the case open without it breaking (yay) and took the guts out-the wires from the battery connector were hanging down just enough to solder on the charger wires.
(This charger I have that I don't know what it was for-5v and 2000ma, I have used it for different plug in mods.) It works great, wish I had a couple more of them.
Tested it, closed up the case and just taped it with black electrical tape. Well its not pretty but it's 5V and works good.

I found a compact switching power supply that goes from three volts 800 ma in stages up to twelve volts 1.2a. 3volts -4.5v-6v-7.5v-9v-12v. The 4.5 out put is really 4.8. But you have to be fast on your switching device. Gives great flavor and vapor.

I went to radio shack the other day to get battery boxes and found a charger on sale-their brand-it was only 3.98. output 4.5 1600maH-bought that and wired it up to a single AAA battery box as the connecter/switch holder and it works good.

I have been using mine direct to a emptied E-8 battery and a cartomizer, using the cartomizer as the switch.
