I'm Easily Amused

Usually, when I write a blog here I intend it to be useful in some way. A review, a point of view, or a tutorial of some kind. Something that someone else may one day do a search on and find my little ramblings and just maybe, hopefully, come away saying 'Hooray! That's all I needed to know!'
This entry, however, is different. This is just about something silly that made me laugh. Why am I sharing? Because it made me laugh. That's all.
This evening I decided it was time to give the kayfun a dry burn, but when I took it apart I noticed that it was kind of hideous inside. The first thing I noticed was a gooey black blob across the build deck. I assume it was just some rayon that had burned a little and fallen off the main wick. It looked really gross. So I took the Kayfun into the bathroom and rinsed it in hot water, taking out all the screws and poking a toothbrush into it, just to clean out any gunk. I use a 50/50 peanut butter juice (with apple and pear), and while it's not exactly a coffee vape, it's kinda brown and does get messy after a while.
Then I built my coil and wicked it up, put it on a mech and gave it a test fire. Vapors happened. It was good. So I put it all together and filled the tank, then grabbed the drip tip to put it on top. As I inserted it into the top of the Kayfun, I noticed that deep inside the tip there was a blob of thick brown goo stuck inside, near the very bottom. It was different, but just as gross looking as the black one I had found on the build deck.
Now, you know that thing at the very end of The Beatles' song Helter Skelter, when John Lennon cries out 'I've got blisters on my fingers!'? Using that same voice and cadence, I exclaimed out loud, 'I've got boogers in my Kayfun!'
