I haven't been getting fatigued, I don't get out of breath near as easily, and every day I seem to be able to smell more things.
I mowed the lawn yesterday, and despite the 90 degrees and high humidity, it was kinda fun. I wasn't huffing and puffing, and I wasn't completely wiped out afterwards.
I stopped by a convenience store yesterday for some soda, and the regular clerk I know asked, "Is that all for you? Need some smokes today?" It was nice (and easy) to say, "No, not today."
