10.01.2010. Friday. Ordered from Vaporbomb, again.

Right. I have ordered my second round of flavours from Vaporbomb.com.

Mango -- Awesome.
Grand Marnier -- Blech! I have no idea what this is. I was pretty sure that Grand Marnier was an orange conjac, but this particular juice tastes nothing like that. Wow, this one is absolutely terrible. It sort of tastes like burnt popcorn, and .. cheese? butter? feet?
Kona Coffee -- This is actually pretty good. I like the option to order it with the flavours of cream and sugar. I decided to get plain black coffee, which is okay. When I reorder, I will probably get sweetener added.
Pear -- This was great.
Lavender -- I like lavender. I don't think this flavour is for everyone, but I am poofing on it, right now. It's very relaxing. If you like Earl Grey tea, then you ought like this one. I might mix it with some jasmine from my last order....
Caramel Candy (freebie) -- This one is good, but odd. I notice the flavour more on the aftertaste, not whilst I draw in. I like it, all the same.

I finally received a reply as to my earlier annoyance with what I thought was a flaw in their product. As it turned out, I had received conflicting advice in the forums on the amount of e-juice to use for a refill. I was putting too much in, and this caused the vapor production to be too low. A nice stint in the chat room corrected my problem. In the meantime, Vaporbomb had emailed me, saying they would send me replacements, free of cost. I quickly replied, telling them that the problem was with my inexperience, and not with their product. I didn't want them to send me free merchandise for no reason.

I have now ordered all the flavours I am interested in, except for maybe that raspberry one. I didn't want to end up with a great pile of a flavour I didn't like, so I ordered many, in small quantities. My next order will be for 30ml bottles, instead of 5ml. I will also purchase empty bottles, so that I may mix up my own flavours.

I would still like a cheap, online source for reliable cartomizers and batteries.

I'm still trying to devise a better method to vape these delicious e-juices. Hm. Someone ought take the idea of a table-top vaporizer that one might find at a "head shop", fashion it to look like a hookah, and rig it to work, much in the same way those potpourri oil burners with the tea lights.... that way, the liquid has no chance of touching the battery connection. Sure, it wouldn't be as portable, but it sure would beat a pass-through.

Post Script, Sunday, October 3, 2010.

Okay. After vaping these new flavours for a few days, I've decided I do not like the caramel and kona coffee.
