Journey to Zero

I smoked tobacco for 37 years. Around 1 to 1/2 packs a day for the most part. The last 8 years or so I rolled my smokes.

Couple of weeks of vaping and tobacco was gone. That was April 2009.

Awhile back I threw out a poll asking folks what nic level kept them off of analogs. The responses were golden.

What I took away from those responses was a commitment to self to reduce the nic level I use. Started at 12mg, went up to 36mg and got off of tobacco.

So let's see what happens from here on out!

36mg unflavored cut w/ VG to 24mg
Started w/ this last night, nothing else so far. And no problems, promising. NOTE: must find glass syringe. markings don't stay on cheapo plastic ones, arrgghh
