anyone know of effects ecigs have on the heart?

Just wondering, We hope they are better for the lungs, What about the heart? I showed my PV to my doctor and he was thrilled with it. He said it was way better to do this than smoke analogs.
Does anyone have any thoughts or opinions on this?

    My doctor says its way better to smoke these than analogs . He thanked me for bringing my PV in to show him , i didnt ask him the heart question, Any input would be appreciated.
