Life Without Analogs So Far...Hmmmm

I don't know what to think and maybe some of you, my ECF friends, had similar experiences…

1. The moment I took my first e-cig puff, I was analogue free. I do not want a real cigarette but yet I can be around smokers. There is one brand that I love to smell and that is Spirit (yellow package). It actually smells great but does not make me want to smoke.

2. I forget I can breathe deeper now and still take little shallow breaths and once in a while my body involuntarily breathes deeper for me. This happened on a plane lately.

3. Excessive weight gain and I mean to the point that I am up to a size 14! All my adult life (I'm 64) I've worn no larger than a size 10 but mostly a size 8. I've always eaten well, preferring freshly cooked food over fast food. I've always been active. So now I have to change my activities a lot and do water aerobics, switched to a Mediterranean diet mostly and limit my sweet indulgences. Not like this at all, lol.

4. I spent nearly $200 dollars on e-cig set up (KR-808) and juices, tons of juices! The purpose of going to the e-cig was to eventually not want nicotine at all. Since June, I almost forget I have one. I am disappointed because I could have started with less if I had known it was going to take a hold so fast. Right now, I have hit one about 3 times in the past week.

5. Regardless, I have had to experiment a lot with strength. When I first started, I was hitting 24 and 36 mg. Noticed a kind of wired up feeling with a few chest flutters so I researched here and cut way down to 5, then up to 18, down to 12, up to 18 again. That's where I am now but since I only hit it once in a while I guess that will work.

6. At least my juices aren't going to waste. My son is now doing the e-cig and I share them with him.

So, that's my story and I am confused, lol.

You sound like you're doing fine. It can take a while to figure out which juice is right for you, and that often changes. I went through a couple months where i was at 4 mg, then all of a sudden I wanted to smoke again, so I jumped up to 18! After a few weeks, that got too strong, and now i'm going down to 12, but carrying tanks of 4mg on me, so I can jump back and forth. :) :)
