Blogs are usually the work of a single individual, occasionally of a small group, and often are themed on a single subject. Blog can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.


Ok..now that 'that' is out of the way..this is for posting my experiences..my thoughts..not just on vaping but anything else that comes to mind. Although this is obviously mostly about vaping as that is such a big part of my world now. I haven't seen many blogs that 'update' . I am not sure why..but the blogs I have had usually go on and on. I am doing this mostly for me...but if anyone would like to add or comment that is fine with me. Just asking in advance to be 'nice' please. No violating ECF's rules etc.. I love this place. I think ECF is amazing...I 'in the short time have been here' see how much it has helped others including myself. The information..the special people..the caring..the giving..the sharing...the fun...it's fantastic. ok then...
Today...
Wake up to coffee and vape...coffee and vape..not coffee and a cig.{yay} Lee! .Go girl....* What a fantastic feeling it is. I am still just 'getting my feet wet' and have such caring people helping me with all of this. I am so looking forward to find that special way to vape daily. I know it takes time and money to get there, but I am having luck with special Angels that have come my way..and they are helping me 'short cut' a bit I think..'.love you guys' BTW.when I say 'guys' that implies both make and femal..not just one. Oops..things going on here...
Will continue this later...

    Still many friends and family and others who need thoughts today....you have mine..hope for a better tomorrow ............* Not a bad vaping day.....can't taste anything darn infection but hope that goes away soon......just getting that nic and that's all you need to do until it passes...if that happens..LOTS of water...things like that....add sweetener too..it helps a bit...

    Dad....you know is was hard for me...but I got through it..mom all of us...we have you in our hearts and our memories too....you are always there dad...love you so so much..*
    Know it's not the same..but it reminds me of yours dad....* and how proud you were to wear it each day to work on those huge steel skyscrapers ..up so high...amazing..I look over at the view and think of you each and every time I see them towering over the sky..touching the clouds....great work....and it's part of NYC history too...you should be proud..love you*

    WOW WHAT A DAY...NOT UP TO POSTING UNTIL MUCH LATER INTO THE EARLY MORNING..WELL STILL AWAKE ..NO SLEEP YET...BUT SO MUCH GOING ON....JUST HAVE TO STAY FOCUSED.....REMEMBER WHAT MATTERS AND WHO MATTERS...ALL OF MY SWEET FRIENDS WITH TROUBLES..YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE..SO MANY OF YOU....ARE IN MY THOUGHTS...HOPING THINGS GET BETTER FOR YOU AND YOURS...TRULY...HUGS TO YOU....BRIGHTER DAYS AHEAD FOR US ALL.................* KEEP HOPE..*

    ha..well I tried and tried to be very quiet today..worked well until the later night...ha..will try harder tomorrow....goodness......* Darn have to get those carts pre filled they are not working too well for me when I do it....but keep on keeping on....* ha...sleep..what is that again

    Wow what a 'bad' day...bad bad bad...goodness.* Wish I could say something to help when you have a bad day...just keep vaping ...don't ever give up....and keep 'HOPE' that things will get better.....* That little ray of sunshine comes in and gives it to you....*

    Still awake...yes.....so...as long as I can vape and not get so frustrated that I 'smoke' things are ok...'personal troubles' too..somehow before..I would oh so want a cig..not now..NOW I VAPE...don't even think of it....unless you HAVE to once or twice..it depends...but with what I am going through..I am vaping and I know you can do it too..hang in there those with troubles..and my sweet friends here on ECF all of the threads..so many have troubles too..you are ALL in my thoughts....{{{hugs}}} to you all......................* I posted this one and it is now a finalist in a contest..I want to post it here and the other one too..*
