I got my Aerotank a couple days ago and I've been using it endlessly.
Love the damned thing.
This morning I went to vape off of it and it started flooding/gurgling (and vapor production was less than the EVOD!).
I was getting really concerned.
I cleaned everything, took the bottom off the tank, everything looked fine.
I was getting really discouraged. I just bought this tank and since I got it, it's been incredible.
Well, I went around the forum looking, and here's what the problem was.
The coil looked like it was totally fine in place, but upon inspecting it from the side, it had cocked itself to the side, letting juice in under it.
I took it off, screwed it back on straight... and VWALA, back to it's regular awesomeness.
I was going to be really upset if it was that the tank was already messed up. If that hadn't worked, I would have tried throwing an older coil on it (I have a bunch for my EVOD).
But that absolutely wasn't necessary.
So if you have problems with your Aerotank flooding, check to make sure the coil hasn't somehow knocked itself slightly crooked. I assume this comes from taking the base off (and on) while refilling.
Glad to know my hardware hadn't gone bad. I was going to be extremely disappointing since I just got it.
For a moment, I thought maybe the passthrough wasn't delivering enough power (cus I don't take hard pulls off it)... but threw my EVOD on there and that certainly wasn't an issue.
Man, vaping is a learning curve!
