7 Months of Vaping

So I started vaping about seven months ago.
I started at 12mg WTA, and now I'm vaping 6-3mg. I've been vaping primarily 3mg juice lately (I went through less than 1ml of 6mg today, and the rest that I vaped (about another ml or two) has been 3mg).

I'm going to be having surgery sometime this year and the surgeon requested that I quit in-taking nicotine, and I think that in about another month I'll be down to 0mg.

It's great having so much control over my mg content. I would not have been able to go this far with actual cigarettes.

It helps also that I've been making my own juice since pretty much the beginning. I have complete control over my flavorings and mgs.

I'm excited about getting my mgs down to 0, but I intend on keeping some concentrate around just in case I get nicotine cravings (in fact, plan on stocking up on it even after going down to 0mg).

I plan to keep vaping. I enjoy the flavor and the experience.

But it's great to be able to say that I can take the nicotine/alkaloids out of my life... to finally be rid of an addiction of a substance that I've been using for over 14 years.

It's been great. I've even quit drinking in the process and I'm really proud.

 :vapor: Vape on!
