I began smoking when I was 12 (a few months shy of my 13th birthday).
When I started smoking, it was easy to give it up. Sometimes I laugh when people say that the first cigarette (or first pack) will have you hooked... because that's not true.
Smoking is a habit, and it takes awhile to develop. I quit smoking for a year in high school and began again after the death of a friend when I was 16 or 17. That is when I became truly addicted to cigarettes.
For reference: I am using an EVOD, Aerotank, & Igo-W. I have an Ego-C Twist, MVP V2, & a mini pass-through which I use at about 4.2-.3.6 volts (as low as 3.2 in the morning (or on the MVP) - and sometimes up to 4.6 on the pass-through) - with 2.2-2.8ohm coils.
I've been learning a reasonable amount about these flavorings as I use them, and have found that steeping is absolutely essential for quite a few of them (at least a week) or else there is that perfume-y/chemically flavor

This is just a personal yay-me post.
I've been vaping for 28 days, a few days shy of a month.
I can say a few things with certainty:
I can honestly say my lungs feel better. And so does my throat. I don't wake up hacking and coughing. I haven't been coughing up awful-looking brown/yellow phlegm. I don't wake up in the morning with a rough throat, even after a night of drinking and chain-vaping. And I don't have that heavy feeling in my chest that I get from smoking

Recent realization, the dual coils that come stock with the Aerotank suck.
I put a regular single coil in there and it just works so much better.
For some reason, the dual coils just always result in leaking and poor flavor.
I put the dual coil back in to see if it was just user error, and sure enough, after a couple hours of using it - same damned problem.
The thing I find funny about this is the single coil I put in it produces pretty much (if not literally)
Because I saw someone in the forums talking about this (and because it was old enough of a post that I felt there was no point in commenting on it in the thread), I thought I would note something about the apparently ominous Dihydrogen Monoxide.
Let me first say that the scare about this "chemical" was, to my knowledge, originally a joke - a bad joke - a bad joke that got WAY out of hand.
Let me secondly say my entire point for this post:
