    Well, for starters, my name is Ben, as I am sure you have already guessed, and I have been smoking now for around 10 years. During this time I have picked it up and quit many times with no problems or residual cravings. At my highest point a few years ago, I was smoking a pack a day at least and sometimes more and when I decided to quit (because of a job change) I just stopped smoking and didnt have any problems.
