  1. HIC's BAILEY'S ORANGE TRUFFLE

    by , 05-09-2014 at 10:45 PM
(Irish cream plus the flavor of Terry's chocolate orange)

    1.5% FA Irish Cream
    0.5% FA Vienna Cream
    0.5% FA Fresh Cream
    0.5% FA Chocolate (not Cocoa)
    0.5% FA Orange

Mix well, try some, but let some sit a day to get ultra-smooth.

FA Cocoa will not work with this - must be Chocolate. FA Chocolate has a smooth liqueur flavor, perfect for a Bailey's.

My recipe was inspired by Bailey's Orange Truffle Irish Cream, a limited edition ...

  4. ProTank II - How to tell a real from a fake

    by , 05-08-2014 at 07:56 PM
Ok here you go. Lots of counterfeits and clones out there. And I have a perfect example for you. I bought two ProTank II's from a seller that a friend also bought.
