    i had a very buzy last 30 days
    since i have blogged!
    with back to work+1 other part time job,
    after a too long hiatus is great! :)
    today is month3 of not having a single cigarette!
    yes i am still an addict ! with only a different delivery device.
    stats,shed 30lbs! approx 3700 cigs.avoided
    and roughly $1500 saved.
    minus of course an upgrade or 2+juice purchases lol
    all in all,been a unbelievable + exciting ...

    I mentioned earlier that I'd be visiting friends this weekend and introducing them to the wonderful world of vaping. Brought along 3 batteries and about a dozen cartos of various flavors. The first flavor or two missed the mark, but happily the next couple were a hit. I was worried if the initial tries failed then he'd lose interest. But the Kamel flavor won the day.     It has been five months now since I started vaping and leaving analogs behind. It's been a good five months, too. My breathing is to levels it has not been since I was a teen, and i found I can sing and exert myself without panting and puffing. My singing voice is not as scratchy or tortured anymore. My teeth are staying whiter (except for my coffee habit *sigh*) and I don't reek. My youngest daughter often buries her face in my shoulder now and talks about how good I smell.     Once again, using the blog feature to catalog informational points of reference. My coffee consumption has been drastically reduced. Six months and two days off tobacco as I type this and I've gone from losing track of how many pots-per-day I drank to noticing that my first cup, even in the morning, is getting cold before it's finished.
