Vapping with RobertY

Well on 12/6/2009 I did a big change. Well its a big change for me and I hope I can stick with it or even cut it more. My ultimate goal is to go all the way to 0 nic. I have just made a step in that direction. What I am doing is vaping 0 nic during the day.

I start my day off with 12 drops in the cart of my regular 12 mg mix. Then after it is gone it is 0 nic. Then about 2 hours before bed I will put another 10-12 drops of 12mg in the cart.

But all through the day is 0 nic. So far my wife has not thrown anything at me so I guess I am doing ok on it. LOL!
