I have been alternating my nic level between 18 and 24 since I started vaping. I ramped it up to 24 mg when I felt like that certain something was missing and I was going through analog withdrawal. The 24 mg doesn't seem to be hurting me, but it may be a good idea to drop the nic a level and start alternating between 12 mg and 18 mg instead.
The worst thing going on is some pretty bizzarre dreams. I mean, the kind that wake me up frightened and shaking. I don't think I am any more stressed than normal, but I could be wrong about that. I'm not having any headaches or the many various symptoms associated with too high a level of nicotine, though. I actually dread dropping my nic level, because I am not sure that is the problem, but it is worth a try. I mean, I don't intend to vape forever. I might as well drop the nic and see what happens, right?
So this afternoon, after some heavy duty household chores, I am setting out to mix some alternating strength juices for myself. The biggest problem is I need more bottles! I'll order some more in a couple of weeks just for my personal use. I'll even make some juices in the 6 mg range just in case and set them back to 'cure'. Then I'll be prepared should this happen again.
