Late Night Thoughts

So much for sleeping the night through.

DIY has actually been fairly far from my mind for a while. Tonight, however, I decided to try revisiting my failed attempt at making a decent cappuccino one more time before completely throwing in the towel. I looked over my first recipe and the remix, and decided to remove one ingredient and reduce the amount of flavoring from 15% to 6%. It worked wonders. I now have a very nice, smooth cappuccino, with a very lightly sweet aftertaste. It kind of reminds me of taking a sip of coffee and then licking a couple of stray sugar grains from the side of the cup. Though I wish the sweetness was a tiny bit more natural, it is what it is, and it is not bad.

I don't know if I am being fickle or if my taste buds have evolved, but strong flavors are turning me off more often, and though I still adore fruity flavors, I find myself craving something different. I still don't want chocolate, caramel, or baked good tastes... yet. The cappuccino is definitely filling a need right now.

In trying to decide how to spend my vaping budget this week, I have decided to spend it on empty 30 ml bottles and cartos, plus a little of our favorite iVape juice. Ultimately, though I will continue buying a bottle of juice here and there, I would like to get to where most of our vaping is DIY. It's really important to me to find a completely dynamic all-day vape for the hubby so that our vendor juice is a treat, while not breaking the bank. I want to break even some day. Since my hubby and I are supremely happy with our PVs, the major expenses in buying any are done for now, and all we need now is basically maintenance. The break-even point is getting closer!

:) I love vaping.
