A very nice and wonderful person from ECF gave me the mother load of recipes that she had collected. This is one of them tweaked.

Chocolate 50%
Almond 10%

So how did I tweak this?
For the almond I used wilton's clear almond extract so as not to over power the mix. Next the chocolate, I used a mix, loranns chocolate at 40% 10% of bitter sweet chocolate ...

I just wanted a good place to keep my recipes & to share if anyone wanted them.
