After winning an appeal from the district's supreme court, charges have been reestablished and, again, he must fight for the well being of his family as well as
vaping rights for his country.
I'm not going to go into the lengthy details, you can find for yourself, but this case will be decided in a couple of weeks and will set a precedent for the rest of Australia; considered the most restrictive english speaking country in regards to nicotine control. Other countries
will take notice.
