The first time I saw the Bobo was on Vapor Joe’s blog. Understandably, he titled the entry WT*?
So, WT* is a Bobo?
It’s a limited edition mod by sigelei. Basically, it’s a Zmax in an unusual body. According to the sigelei website it’s vase-shaped. I think it looks like a bowling pin.
Specs:
Voltage Range - 3.0-6.0v in .1v increments
Wattage Range - 3.0 - 15.0w in .5w increments
5A Output Limit
OLED display 8 functions controls with one button:
Output Voltage, Output Power, Resistance, Battery Voltage, Power On/Off, LCD On/Off, RMS & Mean Voltage
Short Circuit Protection
Low Resistance Protection below 1.2ohms
Low Voltage Protection below 3.4V (or 6.4V for stacked batts)
Battery - single 18650 or dual 18350
Threading - 510/eGo
Great, but if all you wanted was that you could get a Zmax. The Bobo is something else. The Bobo is all about shape, it all about style, it’s all about WT*.
Are you man enough to vape Monkey Cream with a Bobo?
The Bobo made me laugh! I insulted it in posts. I mocked it in pictures…
but in the end, I had to be honest with myself.
Embarrassed by my weakness for Squee, I broke down and placed a pre-order with Exhale Vapors, the only vendor I’m aware of that wants anything to do with the Bobo.
It was only after I placed the order that I noticed something. Many of you are probably more observant than I, but I honestly didn’t see the butterfly. The big, freaking, huge butterfly.
I immediately sent an email to Exhale Vapors begging for a butterfly. I got a lovely reply back from Zac saying he would try. He got extra points for not laughing at me – or at least seeming to not laugh at me.
To be continued...
