Faith Restored in PureSmoker

I finally received my order from PureSmoker for a Pilot 401, and everything was right. Part of the problem was that I received a notice saying the products had shipped on 3/24, but I saw on the package that it wasn't shipped until 3/28. I was unable to get anyone from the company to provide a tracking number for the shipment despite several email requests, and all I got when I called was a message saying the voice mail box was full. My guess is that my order got delayed because I requested two long batteries instead of one long and one short, and they were out of batteries until 3/27. So it all worked out, though a little better communication would have been helpful.
