I finally received my order from PureSmoker for a Pilot 401, and everything was right. Part of the problem was that I received a notice saying the products had shipped on 3/24, but I saw on the package that it wasn't shipped until 3/28. I was unable to get anyone from the company to provide a tracking number for the shipment despite several email requests, and all I got when I called was a message saying the voice mail box was full. My guess is that my order got delayed because I requested two
I placed an order with PureSmoker a week ago. Still no product and no shipping info. I tried to call, but all I got was a message saying the cell phone voicemail was full. I emailed, but all I got back were computer generated responses saying someone would get back. I filed a dispute with PayPal. What else could I do? Too bad though. They seemed like good guys.
