Day 25 and Counting...

Good day, fellow vapers! Today is “Day 25” of me being analog-free! What started as a mere “stocking stuffer” on Christmas day has turned into a wonderful new hobby for me, and I couldn’t be happier! Here are my thoughts so far…

THE EQUIPMENT: I’m still using my Vapor King (KR808-D1) and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about its performance. I’ve heard others say that they are constantly having to charge the batteries; however I have not found battery life to be an issue (I have the “regular” size batteries, not the shorty or the XL). I make sure my little carrying case has two fully charged batteries when I set out to work in the morning, and I usually end up putting on the new battery late in the afternoon, towards the end of my work shift. That second battery takes me through the rest of the evening, then both go on the charger(s) when I go to bed at night. In the morning, I have two fully charged batteries and the cycle begins anew.

THE JUICE: So far, I’d have to say that FSUSA’s “Hypnotic Mist” is my favorite. I got a sample of it from RyMel (thanks, RyMel!!!) and it’s comparable to having an orgasm. I’m hearing a lot of different descriptions of this juice, ranging from “cotton candy” to “orange”. For me, it tastes like caramel on the inhale, and pineapple on the exhale. I’m also loving the DIY Mint Chocolate Chip that I got from RyMel (thanks again, RyMel!) The mint gives a great TH, which I so desperately need at this stage in the game.

Anything “Coffee” seems to also get a big “thumbs up” from my taste buds, including Cappuchino and Espresso flavors. They give such a warm and satisfying vapor, and smell so yummy! WOW Chocolate and WOW Vanilla had me at hello. I will probably always keep a supply of each on hand, they are just really really good “all day vapes”.

My latest addition was a box of Peach cartomizers from V4L. My first fruit flavor. It’s very peachy and refreshing, and I can totally see this as being my “go to” summertime vape.

I’m still searching for my favorite tobacco flavored juice. I absolutely HATED the RY4. There, I said it. It just tasted all buttery and sweet…blech!!! I’m working on a 555 cartomizer right now, and so far it’s okay. Much better than RY4. I can taste the tobacco, but it still has that “something else” that I don’t quite like. The search continues.

MY VAPING HABITS: Right now I’m a stealth vaper. (Not to be confused with a vaper who has one of the new “Stealth” batteries from V4L, although I do plan on purchasing one next payday). I just don’t want to be bothered most of the time, and I don’t want to have to explain myself to anybody. So I keep it on the down low. That being said, I’m a REALLY GOOD stealth vaper (sneaky sneaky), so I’m pretty much vaping constantly. I’m currently at 18mg nic level, hoping to eventually wean myself down to 0mg.

What about you? What was your first PV and what are you using now? Do you still love the same juices you fell in love with at the beginning, or does your gag reflex kick in just thinking about them? Curious minds want to know!

You go girl! You asked about a tobacco juice... my first order ever from V4L included WowBoy (not to be confused with wow cowboy). It isn't too sweet, isn't too 'bacco-y, just a little extra something. Read their description and see what you think. It has become my all day choice while I experiment with other flavors.

Thanks for the recommendation! I will try the Wowboy and see if I like it - I wasn't too thrilled with wow cowboy, and I actually thought they were the same so thanks for clearing that up!

I'm sure you have seen the reviews, but if you haven't please check out Boba's Bounty...it's my all-day everyday vape. Vapenstein considers it "[t]he single most loved juice in all of vaping." It's absolutely the best I've had the pleasure to vape in my short experience...I just got a 100ml bottle, and figure it won't be the last!

Thanks for the recommendation, porkchop! I'm always looking for flavors that are all-day vapes. So far, the WOW Chocolate is my go to, but I am always open to new flavor suggestions :)
