Vaporescence New Management

As some of you may know, I have had some problems with a local store/supplier. In recent visits, I've been greeted with horrible customer service, and employees who acted as though they had better things to do with their time. You would think that in this economy that they would be more then thrilled to be employed. Anyways, I went in yesterday, and talked with the new manager. He has assured me that all of the "problem children" were gone and that he was doing lots of restructuring. I was pleased with my short visit yesterday, and I am going to go in on Saturday for a longer visit to see just how friendly the new crew is. No, I am not affiliated with the store in anyway, just want locals to know about good/bad local suppliers. So far, they are the only brick and mortor stores around the DFW area that I've been to or heard of. If anyone knows of more local stores let me know and I will be more then thrilled to swing by and check em out. That is all. Will keep y'all informed. :)

Don't waste your time or money. The problem begins and ends with the mgmt/owners. I will NEVER return to the Vaporescence store. Never again, which is such a shame because I was always a VERY loyal customer. Read my review for details...

Sorry to hear that. I have been to the one in Richardson and the one in Ft. Worth, and after the change of management in the Richardson store, have had nothing but excellent service. I know one Friday I showed up at 5:55 (their hours are 10-6 Mon-Fri and 10-4 on Saturday) and never once did I feel rushed. The only thing that was even said was that the manager/owner James had an hour drive to get home to his wife and kids. I kinda figured that it may suck a little bit to work 50+ hours a week and have people walking in after you were supposed to be closed, so I hurried myself along. After years in the retail business and being a manager of a retail store, I know that there are sometimes that the customer isn't always right. I even went out of my way the last time I was in to apologize for my negative reviews on here. Hopefully, you have found a vendor that caters to your needs, cause I think that the last thing anyone on here wants is for someone to go back to smoking analogs. :) Happy vaping!

I love Vaporescence and feel so fortunate that DFW PV users have those three locations to choose from. Never had anything less than awesome service from them in over a year and they've taken excellent care of several friends as they transitioned to vaping.

Honestly, I've seen a couple of negative reviews... but then I read the complaint and feel like it's something the reviewer should have allowed to roll off his/her back. Some people like to be angry and boycott. I like to go pick up my Teaberry & cartos from a local store. To each their own. :)

I don't know if anybody has been to the store in Denton or not but I'm telling you now that they are also horrible and rude people. They also ripped me off on my ego-t kit and left a bunch of stuff out of it. As a new person coming into the vaping world I had no clue what I was actaully supposed to get until a friend of mine pointed it out. I was so furious at the treatment I got and the fact that I got ripped off something fierce that I decided it was in my best interest not to go back there in fear of what I might do or say...Yeah, I was that mad lol. Oh, and before I forget, they are WAY overpriced on mostly everything.

Denton was the location I was referring to, not the Ft. Worth location. Which I specified in the actual review. I was not even aware of the FW location until a few weeks after and I LOVE them. Denton WAS horrible. I got there and they were ALL still in the store the owners and the male associate. Also, a friend of theirs I assume. After driving over an hour to get there (not realizing the hours had changed) and arrived 5 mins after their new closing time, only needing a new battery and juice ( I had 2 of theirs break on me in the same week and had nothing to vape with at that point which I told them flat out) I did not expect to be turned away. I offered to pay cash and BEGGED for them to please help. Nope, sorry is what they said. These are the same people I trusted with my CC# and all of my info when their machines were down before and I was a loyal customer. In response to the post by Jammydodger who said " these types of issues are NOT something a customer but then I read the complaint and feel like it's something the reviewer should have allowed to roll off his/her back. Feel free to state your opinion about my review BUT don't include a character profile/assassination of me based on one post.

I've never had a problem at the Denton Vaporescence. As I said in my comment, I've read multiple negative reviews.. which I think people should have taken every single issue I've ever read about in stride. Overcharged? B&M isn't the internet, manage your time better. Closed at closing time? They are a business, not your friend. "To each their own" isn't an assassination -- just ask JFK! :)
