As stated earlier, ECigExpress.com refuses to take these batteries back without me shipping them back at my own expense. If I ship them back and then they deem them defected then I get my money back but as I would have to spend more money to get that satisfaction, its a case of "Good Money after Bad."

Do yourself a favor and dont deal with this vendor. Its not worth the time and headache.

I've always had good service from ecig express.
When I've had to return something to an online vendor I have always had to pay the return shipping. I've lost count of how many times I had to return shoes and computer parts. Not once has anyone offered to cover return shipping, even when they were clearly in error.
That's the big downside of shopping online.

Cookiebun: Unfortunately he doesn't mention here what he mentions in his other numerous posts on ECF and around the web that they offered to send him a prepaid shipping label but he didn't like that because his printer was broken... Its odd. As a web designer I rarely see someone go through this much effort to "get the word out" in cases where a company has already said that the item could be returned and offered to pay the return shipping... as he says "its not worth the time and headache, but apparently its worth the time and effort to post multiple "buyer beware" postings on ECF, YouTube and a few other places. I don't really get it.
