I can tell you that I ordered 2 eCigs from JantyUSA, the Dura (Now Dura-C) presale and the Kissbox Classic Extended. The first order was placed on Feb 9th of this year and has yet to arrive, the second, the Kissbox, I have only received a partial delivery of. They still owe me the USB cable and car cable and any other items that should have come with it other than the ecig itself and the battery charger. I also have a smaller order for some prefilled carts but that order is only 4 days old so I can't really ..... about it yet. However the rest of the Kissbox order is quite late and the Dura-C is absurdly late.
 
I filed a dispute last night as well. I will ship back all the incorrect jucie once I get my refund. I really wanted to try Janty juice, but I can give my green to other suppliers that actually send the product out in a timely manner and make sure it's the correct order when they do. I'm just thanking my lucky stars I didn't order and PV from them. How do they honor their warrenty I wonder.....:confused:
 
I got my refund today without incident. No request of returning the product. Such a pain that it took all this...
