1. Noneed for cleaning for new flavor juice, vape it till dry then add new flavor. Only clean it when too much gunk.

2. i tried both, 500 mesh is easier to roll solid and it wicks better. best pair it with ribbon khantal, After tried diff types of setup, the best method for me is double wick. Cut a piece of 1" x 1.5" and another at 2" x 1.5" ( 1.5" is the heigth). I will wash both mesh with soup. Rolled solid the 2" x 1.5" piece without oxidise. Oxidise the 1" x 1.5" once. roll it tight on 2" x 1.5" then ill do a couple of juice burn.

3. Depends how thick is ur juice and how much u vape. The mesh can last awhile, u can wash it, rewick.

4. 3" wide 1.5" height with 500ss mesh.

5. Havent got any leaking so far.

The only complain about the AGA-T is the silicon insulator tubings that comes with it but can easily fix. And another thing with the pyrex is, Once drop BB to ur pyrex tank. I break 3 pyrex from 3 drops so far. U might as well get some spare pyrex.
