Well...buying a blue battery at the local gas station, is better than buying a pack of stinkies!

I want to say thanks as well. I haven't had any problems in the month or so I've had my blu's but I'm big on DIY anything. I just got an old used blu kit from ebay, mostly for the USB charger and so I can tinker with the PCC parts. One of the bats was doing exactly the same thing last night while I was cleaning the contacts with isopropyl alcohol. It started working again once I plugged it into the USB charger, but now I know how to fix it if it happens again.

I also can't help but comment that while I understand people have had many problems with blu products, the snarky comments that end up being posted whenever there's a question about or solution to a blu issue are annoying. Posts like that do nothing to add to the OP's contribution, and often derail what may have been a useful thread. I think the lanyards some people wear around their neck with a PV in it look tacky, but I don't go into ego threads and make moronic comments about them. Why? Because unless it's a thread asking for opinions on lanyards, my opinions don't belong there.
