Got mine today too, was only expecting one package, then ended up with a nice surprise. It may have taken a little bit, and was a very unexpected inconvenience, but I think the $10 off coupon was a nice touch. Glad to see someone else got theirs too. We'll see how these new ones do over the long run.

Got mine. I thought they handled it well - but they do seem to have bad luck. I appreciate the $10. I like their Vivid Vanilla and the little cigs are perfect in restaurants.
