For what it's worth, we used to alternate our monthly meetings between Louisville and Lexington, but what we found was that when we had meetings in Louisville, no one from Lexington showed up, and when we had meetings in Lexington, the Louisville people would show up, but the Lexington people were still absent. If anyone did show up, it was only one or two people and it didn't seem fair to have 8-10 people from Louisville drive down to Lexington to meet with one or two people. That being said, we aren't opposed to having meetings in Lexington if there's some likelihood of anyone actually being there.

I totally understand having to manage your time based on your work schedule, so if you guys want to meet through the week, I think it's great that you can get together at all. Perhaps you can start your own group there and we can look at having bi-monthly or quarterly meetings somewhere in the middle (Frankfort?) where the two groups can get together and share information. After all, we're Bluegrass Vapers, not Louisville Vapers.

My name is Matt from Lexington. Analog free since April. Started on an Icon, didn't like it and sent it back, now on an UltraMax. Do you always meet in the 'Ville? Or sometimes do you come east? Not opposed to driving to Louisville, just with my job, and family it's not practical.

I am so sorry that the thread got locked. I have opened it back up. We can come to Lexington every once in a while. We do want to reach out and welcome people from all over the Bluegrass State. We are not exclusively Louisville, it just turned out that the majority of people were from Louisville. We ask at every meeting where everyone wants to meet next. Come and give us your input

Unfortunately, this Saturday I have to work. I do plan on attending a meeting soon though. Maybe November's meeting won't fall on a workday for me. Fingers crossed.

Hi there, i'm roni and live in Lexington. i love the idea of meeting other "vapers" because not only had i not known the term, i hadn't met anyone else that used the electric cigs until i met matt the other day. timing for me is an issue, however; i'm a mom of teenage boys, a student and i work three jobs. i have a full time job at uk healthcare,then i have two part time jobs. so if there is ever a meeting on sunday afternoons [late] that is my best bet.
